How to shop at SKYTTEN DANMARK:

Ordering
You shop on www.skytten-danmark.dk by adding items to your cart and paying for them. You can only shop on skytten-danmark.dk if you accept the terms and conditions, which you will have the opportunity to read and download before paying. Once you pay for your items, you will receive an order confirmation by email shortly thereafter. When the item is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an electronic invoice by email.

Payment Methods

SKYTTEN offers the following payment methods:

DEBIT CARDS and MOBILEPAY
Payment takes place after ordering, and you can pay with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. No fees are charged. All information is sent encrypted to PBS. The amount will only be debited when the ordered item has been dispatched. Should the ordered item be out of stock, you will be notified, and you will have the option to change the order, and only the remaining amount will be debited from your account. You can, of course, also choose to cancel the order.

PAYPAL
When the order is ready for dispatch, a PayPal invoice will be sent to you, and the goods will be shipped once the amount has been received in SKYTTEN DANMARK's account. No fees are charged.

EAN INVOICE
This payment method is for public institutions affiliated with the EAN system. A delivery note will be sent with the goods, and the invoice must be paid within 30 days. Thereafter, a reminder fee of DKK 50.00 and interest, 2% per month, will apply.

BANK TRANSFER 
To use this payment method, please transfer the amount to the following account:

Important: Your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received payment in SKYTTEN's account. If the ordered product should be out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to either change or cancel your order. Any overpaid amount will be refunded within a few days.

All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT.

Collection and Delivery

In-store collection
You always have the option to collect your items from our store at Amagerbrogade 6. Simply select "Collect in store" under delivery methods when completing your order.

Delivery 
When you choose delivery with shipping, you can easily track your package via the link included in the email you receive when your order is dispatched.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over DKK 499.00.
Shipping costs for orders under DKK 499.00 are as follows:

  • Fixed delivery fee to private address or to the nearest parcel shop DKK 49,-

SKYTTEN DANMARK arranges for delivery within Denmark with Post Danmark, DAO or GLS to the recipient as quickly as possible (unless otherwise agreed). Timely delivery, however, requires that Post Danmark, DAO or GLS adhere to package delivery times. 

Delivery outside Denmark
We deliver to Iceland, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, Sweden, Spain, the Netherlands, France and Germany. 

Terms of delivery:

  • Shipping cost is determined by PostNord
  • The shipment is sent as an economy package

Please note that the above applies to all deliveries outside Denmark.

Right to Complain and Right of Withdrawal

Right to complain
SKYTTEN DANMARK provides a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects identified during normal use of the item. The right to complain does not cover faults, damage, or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorised interventions. Complaints about faults and defects that should be discovered during a normal inspection of the item must be reported to SKYTTEN within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange, or by agreement, credit. In connection with complaint cases, SKYTTEN will cover reasonable return costs.

Returns also go to this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

It is not a requirement, but processing is expedited if sufficient information accompanies the package - e.g., a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 30-day return policy on items purchased in the webshop, and you pay the return amount.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. 

You can either return the item to the physical store (Amagerbrogade 6, 2300 Copenhagen S) or send the item back to our store (the address above). Packages sent cash on delivery are not accepted. We do not pick up packages at parcel shops.

If you choose to cancel a purchase, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item, which must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it, for you to receive a full refund. Once the item has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You are responsible for the costs of returning the item, and the risk of the return shipment is yours.

If you have used the item before returning it, or if you, for example, have broken the protective plastic on a loom comb, the item cannot be resold as new, and you will therefore only be refunded its residual value to us. Since we only sell new items, you must expect that the residual value is very low, so it will be associated with a proportionally large loss for you to return a used item.
