Shipping to Denmark

Standard price is DKK 49. Free shipping on orders over DKK 499

Outside Denmark:
We ship to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Germany. Shipping cost is shown in the shopping cart

You have a 14-day right of return on items purchased in the webshop. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 7 days after cancellation.

If you wish to return one or more items, you can purchase shipping and receive a shipping label through our Return Portal, which you can find here>>

You can also always return items to our physical store at Amagerbrogade 6, 2300 Copenhagen S during opening hours.

If you choose to return items by other means, the package must be sent directly to our store. We do not collect packages from parcel shops and do not accept cash on delivery. Please remember that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

If you do not collect the package before it is returned, this will not be considered a cancellation of the purchase, and you will therefore be charged DKK 49 for the return shipping or a corresponding amount that the shipment has cost.

If a refund has been agreed upon, the amount will be refunded to the payment solution used to purchase the item or to a bank account, if preferred. If you wish to transfer to a bank account, please send your account number and sort code to mail@skytten-danmark.dk or to the store at Amagerbrogade 6, 2300 Copenhagen S during opening hours.

If you do not collect your parcel from the parcel shop before it is returned, you will have to pay for new shipping yourself if you want the parcel re-sent.

If you do not want the parcel re-sent, you will be invoiced for the return shipment to SKYTTEN DANMARK.

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The complaint does not cover errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the products.
